Instead of a worksheet, here is a way to make math (or any subject with simple questions) more engaging... 
Write problems on post-its, hide them around the room, and have 
students walk around and find them...They end up solving the exact same 
problems, and it is MUCH more engaging. They are also able to exert a 
lot of energy finding the questions so they can sustain enough focus to 
actually solve it!
You can also colour code them with easier questions being easier to find and more difficult problems harder to find.
Be sure to let students know where they ARE NOT hidden (in teacher's desk drawers, outside of classroom (unless they are?) inside cupboards or drawers etc.
